Matteo Politano has left the Italian national side’s camp and returned to Naples. The Napoli striker suffered a strain to his right ankle on Sunday at San Siro against Milan and following an evaluation by the national team’s medical staff, he has returned to the SSCN Konami Training Centre where he will start his recovery.
Hoffentlich handelt es sich um eine Vorsichtsmaßnahme. Politano befindet sich in den letzten Wochen in Topform, ist vollkommen zurecht gesetzt und übernimmt außerdem Verantwortung (2/2 verwandelte Elfer). In der Vergangenheit war die fehlende Konstanz sein größtes Problem.
