Former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea is in talks to join Saudi Pro League side Al-Shabab.
De Gea departed United in the summer after more than a decade at Old Trafford, winning the Premier League Golden Glove in his final season at the club.
The 33-year-old had reportedly put pen to paper on a contract extension in June that would've drastically decreased his £375,000-a-week wages before the club opted not to sign it themselves.

Wie die Daily Mail berichtet, ist der 33-jährige Schlussmann in Gesprächen mit dem saudischen Klub Al-Shabab. Der Verein aus Riad steht in der Liga nur vier Punkte vor den Abstiegsrängen, will sich deshalb auf dem Transfermarkt verstärken: Ivan Rakitić ist bereits beim Medizincheck, Vorstöße für Neapel-Angreifer Matteo Politano und Trainer José Mourinho blieben erfolglos. Im Tor muss Al-Shabab auf die Kreuzbandverletzung des Koreaners Seung-gyu Kim reagieren. Diese Lücke könnte De Gea nun füllen.
