Als Alternative für Johnson haben die Münchner für die linke Außenbahn den Tschechen und Ex-Herthaner Rudi Skacel (30, Southampton, 2. Liga) im Blick. Bleibt Johnson, will der Klub auf jeden Fall noch einen Spieler für jeden Mannschaftsteil vorstellen. Dabei ist vor allem Erfahrung gefragt. Nach kicker-Informationen steht der Verein in Verhandlungen mit dem Innenverteidiger Alexander Mitreski (28, zuletzt Nürnberg), der 08/09 wegen einer Rückenverletzung nur zwei Spiele absolvierte. Und fürs Mittelfeld ist Didi Hamann (36, Manchester City) immer noch im Rennen. Der Klub denkt ernsthaft über eine Verpflichtung des Ex-Nationalspielers nach. Dagegen aus dem Rennen ist wohl Grigoris Makos (22, Panionios Athen), der wahrscheinlich bei AEK unterschreiben wird.
